Harley Night Train Springer Bobber
Allan Le Beau from Newport, North Carolina, USA, sent us these pictures of his cool Softail Springer Bobber that he converted from a 2007 Harley Night Train. Allan affectionally calls his Bobber the Old No. 7.
Allan: "Bike's got a 6" over Springer front end with a 3 degree rake. Chopped rear fender, truck bed liner paint. Custom made exaust and intake."
Allan: "The springer front end is by Paughco and is 6" over with 3 degree rake over stock. The headlight is also by Paughco."
The no-nonsense truck bed liner paint looks real good on a bobber like this!
Bobber Tail Lights and Fender Conversion
Allan: "The right rear light is the stock rear signal light that has been converted to a brake running light and has been lowered to the passenger footpeg mount hole.
The left rear light is a running/brake light that is part of the side plate mount by Rolland Sands."
By the way, that chopped rear fender looks really good. Started life as a Russ Wernimont fender that Allan chopped himself.
Harley Night Train Bobber Conversion
Here's the original 2007 Harley Davidson Night Train that fromed the basis for Allan's Springer Bobber.
As you can see, you don't need a shed full of tools and heavy equipment to make yourself an eye-catching bike.
The result. Note the custom exhausts made by Exotic Choppers of Florida. Bet you those pipes are loud!
The man himself!
